Fulton Grace services a rapidly growing portfolio of managed properties and we are looking for a multi-skilled, Janitorial Professional to join our maintenance team!

We are a fun, modern company who appreciates and rewards hard, honest work.

General duties:

Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common areas.
Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, and railings.
Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.
Basic janitorial responsibilities such as changing light bulbs in common area, replacement of smoke detector batteries and replacement of furnace filters when needed.
Some yard maintenance such as debris removal and weeding
Manage schedule of contract services, with an eye towards route efficiency and due dates
Cleaning supply inventory management

General requirements:

Local to Chicago (within 30 minutes of our Property Management hub, 2901 N Halsted, Chicago, IL, 60657)
Access to a reliable automobile as you will be traveling to multiple properties
Reliable, responsive, communicative, and professional
Self starter, confident problem solving, able to work independently
Detail oriented and delivers consistent results to a high standard -- no cobweb goes undusted!
Reliable mobile phone service/device, mobile phone/computer literacy -- all work orders are via an easy to use app!
Access to and ability to transport a 6 foot ladder and basic tools.
Sense of humor! We work hard, but try not to take ourselves too seriously!
